Warranty Policy

• NewTech warrants to customers that new equipments be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twelve to eighteen months (six to twelve months for accessories) from the date of shipment under normal use and service. NewTech’s obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace any part that upon NewTech's examination proves defective.
  
  
• NewTech’s warranty does not extend to any instrument that has been subjected to misuse, negligence or accidents; that has been operated in violation of NewTech’s instructions, from which NewTech's original serial number tag or product identification markings have been altered or removed, or that has been modified or improperly disassembled, serviced or reassembled by anyone other than NewTech.
