Maintenance Policy

- Repair, exchange, and return services are available for NewTech products. Before contact, customers should provide sufficient information as follows about the defective machine, and should return the faulty parts or the complete machine to NewTech for replacement upon NewTech’s confirmation.
1. Your general information including Company Name, Address, Country/Region, Phone Number, and E-mail address
2. Product Name, Model No., Date of Delivery, and Series No. (S/N)
3. The complete Trouble Description (Video or photos are preferred)
4. Remarks
Also you can download the following form, fill in it and send it directly to info@newtech-medical.com or the salesman you deal with.
- For return costs within the Warranty period, the customer is responsible for the freight & insurance charges, including Customs charges, when the equipment is shipped to NewTech for service. NewTech is responsible for the freight & insurance charges for return from NewTech to the customer. After Warranty, the customer is responsible for all freight & insurance charges for returned products.
