Maintenance Policy

  • Repair, exchange and return services are available for NewTech products. Customers should provide the sufficient information about the defective machine, and can send back the faulty parts or the complete machine to NewTech for replacement upon NewTech’s confirmation. Please download the followed form and send it back to service@newtech-medical.com or the salesman you are in touch.

  • Regarding the returning cost, NewTech shall carry out in two ways according to Warranty Period. Within Warranty, the customer is responsible for the freight & insurance charges, including Customs charges when the equipment is shipped to NewTech for service. NewTech is responsible for the freight & insurance charges from NewTech to the customer. After Warranty, the customer is responsible for all freight & insurance charges for returned products.
